We collect the minimum information needed to quote material and consider applications, keep it only as long as it is useful, and never sell it.

Inquiry form: name, email address, and optionally company and phone, together with the requirement you describe. We use this only to respond to your inquiry and to quote material.
Job application form: name, email address, role of interest, and optionally phone, location, profile link and the experience summary you provide. We use this only to assess your application.
Site measurement: with your consent, aggregate page views and form/CTA interactions. This is used to understand which pages help customers, never to build advertising profiles.
Technical logs: each submission is recorded with its outcome so we can confirm nothing is lost in transit. These records hold no message content and no plain email address.
Inquiries and applications are processed on the basis of steps taken at your request prior to entering a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to business contacts.
Analytics and any non-essential storage are processed only on the basis of your consent, which you can give or withdraw at any time below.
We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for advertising.
We use a managed email delivery service to transport form submissions to our inbox, and our website hosting provider to serve this site. These providers process data only on our instructions.
Inquiry correspondence is retained for as long as needed to serve the relationship and to meet commercial record-keeping obligations, then deleted.
Applications are retained for up to 12 months unless you ask us to remove them sooner.
Submission outcome records are pseudonymised and retained only in short-lived operational logs.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, ask us to restrict or object to processing, and request a portable copy. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it at any time.
Email sales@kmetal.us with your request. We respond within 30 days. If you are in the EU/EEA or UK, you also have the right to complain to your supervisory authority.
This site is served over HTTPS with strict transport security, a content security policy, clickjacking and MIME-sniffing protections, and cross-site request forgery protection on all form submissions.
Form input is validated on both the browser and the server, rate limited per sender, and screened for automated abuse. See our security page for the full control set.
Our operations and service providers are based in the United States. Where personal data is transferred from the EU/EEA or UK, transfers are made under appropriate safeguards, including standard contractual clauses with our providers.
